KOSUN’s Drilling Solids Control System Worked Normally in the Alpine Climate of Russia

On June, 2012, KOSUN's after-sale services staff went to the so-called coldest place in Russia- Nizhnevartovsk District for the maintenance services of ZJ50 Solids Control System. ZJ50 Solids Control System is a project collaborated on by KOSUN and PNG-DRILLING Company in 2009. This is also the second cooperation between them after the first one in the year of 2007.

Nizhnevartovsk District is the coldest part of the whole Russia.Normal temperature would drop to minus 40 degrees. It is quite humid there. All the machines there are required to operate in an alpine area. ZJ50 Solids Control System is the mechanical equipments specially designed by KOSUN for the drilling works under extremely cold temperature. This system has worked excellently in Nizhnevartovsk District and has effectively working demands in the polar regions.

PNG-DRILLING is a subject drilling company of ZAAB Energy, which is an independent global oil&gas exploration and production company in Soviet Union and Canadian regions and whose subsidiary ZAAB Investment Company is in possession of numerous drilling districts. Besides, PNG-DRILLING is an integrated drilling contractor.

On June,2012,KOSUN's after-sale services staff went to the so-called coldest place in Russia- Nizhnevartovsk District for the maintenance services of this solids control system and won high degree of recognition and praise among the local drilling workers by the quality, efficient work of equipments and nice, perfect services of themselves. By the year of 2013, the required production of ZJ40DB Solids Control System was about to be completed soon. Now, KOSUN is waiting for the client's check. What is more, both parties are still negotiating about ZJ50.
