1.Before operation shale shaker, do check if bolts have risk of looseness or damage including joints bolts and foot margin bolts. If there do something risky occurs, remember to change or tighten the bolts.Before operation shale shaker, do check if shaker spring is broken and check if there are any abnormal operation noise, otherwise, the shaker should be stopped and checked again.
2.Twice at least check the shakers screen and the basket, confirming if there are damages or looseness and once at least check joints of the shaker or welding parts have any damages. Make sure that all the damages or risky problems will be timely revised or changed.
3.At least half a month check the motor, confirming if motors are in normal operation or not and monthly check electrical connection is normal. Carefully check if there are damaged electronics, and if it is, it must be timely changed in case of any safety problems.
Scientific maintenance plan of shale shaker is favorable to improve service life of shale shaker and avoid unnecessary loose.
