By this new technology, make the centrifuge to adapt property changing of mud during the operation process, that make the treatment more effective and perfect.A VFD (Variable Frequency Drive ) module monitors and controls both the main and back electric drives. The operator can manage bowl and scroll speeds via a touchscreen that also displays stats from the various sensors, including temperature, current, rotational speed and vibration.

Drilling fluid decanter Centrifuge working principle:drilling fluid decanter centrifuge is driven by two motors. The main motor drives the drum and differential shell rotation by the belt . The vice motor drives the spiral through the differential variable speed . The drum and spiral rotate together in the same direction, but at different speeds . Separate the solid phases in the drilling mud by the centrifugal sedimentation principle. Suspending fluids is pushed into the rotor drum through the inlet pipe and under the force of screw propeller, under the effect of centrifugal force, the solid phases will be pushed onto the inside wall of the drum, pass the impeller on the screw propeller and be discharged from the exhaust hole at the small side of the drum. The fluids is excreted from the overflow hole of the large end. So continuous circle like above to achieve the target of continuous solid-liquid separation.

Drilling Decanter Centrifuge in solids control system used as the firth stage solids control equipment , which separates the drilling cutting with diameter between 2~15 microns The drilled solids removed by the decanter centrifuge are discarded and the treated drilling fluid will be returned to the drilling well to be circulated again.Normally solid control system is consist of five stages, including shale shaker, vacuum degasser, desander, desilter, decanter centrifuge. Shale shaker is used to separate the big solids with diameter above 75μm, and 45~74μm for desander, and 15~44μm for desilter. Sometimes desander & desilter are combined as  mud cleaning system. When air enters into the drilling fluids, vacuum degasser is used to separate the air. If no air in the mud, the degasser would work as a mud agitator. All these equipments are mounted on the top of the mud tank.
