Solids control system plays a crucial role in oil & gas drilling process. Drilling fluids enters into the stratum through the drill pipe during the drilling process and will be discharged with drilling fluids wastes finally. Due to high cost and environmental pollution problems of Drilling fluids, a machinery system called solids control system, namely drilling fluids circulation system is applied in the drilling process to reduce the above problems. An entire solids control system generally includes shale shaker, shaker screen, desander, desilter, vacuum degasser, decanter centrifuge, mud gun, mud agitator, mud tank and other safety equipment etc.

In drilling process, solids control system is one of the most important systems in the entire drilling systems which belongs to recycling system. In the complicated drilling exploration, rock stratum, air layer and underground spring are always encountered especially in the deep drilling condition, and the drill is going to be seriously damaged by the friction and it will easily cause well kick and blowout.
