HDD technology
Mud solid phase control technology in HDD is a principle and technical method of controlling the solid particles existed in mud. Through solids control technology, harmful solids are eliminated and useful solids phase are retained to meet the requirements of HDD technology to mud performance. The harmful solids phase in HDD mud mainly refers to the drilling cuttings which can affect equipments wearing and mud flow performance.
HDD mud recycling system has obvious advantages in crossing rivers, lakes, traffic trunks, railway centers and other obstacles and important districts. The end reaming diameter of HDD is commonly 1.3～1.5 times as long as pipeline diameter.
HDD mud recycling system always contains shale shaker, mud cleaner, centrifugal pumps, mud agitator, mud tank, jet mud mixer, submersible slurry pump, electric control system, lighting system, ladder, slide walk, handrail valve, pipe line, clean gate, etc.
