Currently, according to statics and records, there are some cases in domestic drilling sites that drilling sites began to use mud processing unit to manage drilling waste during the drilling and completion of drilling. According to the characteristics of the drilling site, drilling device is designed with skid combination. Also, transport logistics processes by using a screw seal collection system to achieve the immediate processing. This device can also be used in completion operations of drilling.
Process of mud treatment zero discharge techniques
Collect drilling mud waste, drilling waste solidification-sewage water processing, and second solidification
1/ The initial separation will focus on four phase solids control drilling mud separation by solids control equipment during drilling and completion of the drilling. In order that drilling plants could improve the processing efficiency of drilling and completion waste.
2/ Through the plate and frame filter press, belt filter press and centrifuge separation device for separating solids have been preliminary drilling waste for further solid-liquid separation.
3/ Make use of efficient mud agitation, undergo solidified waste treatment and waste treatment chemicals while mixing.
4/ Solids are transferred molding by extrusion molding device again, and according to the drilling waste curing, it’s easy to deal with the transfer for the next step.
When the drilling and completion of waste is conducted during the curing process, the filter or belt transmission device can be transferred via a closed screw conveyor to prevent recontamination. When carrying out a curing treatment, it also need to add the appropriate curing agent in order to reduce the water content to achieve the best curing results. And usually, Hi-G dryer，Vertical Centrifuge (cuttings dryer), Screw Pump and decanter centrifuge will make up the whole drilling waste management system in the drilling and completion of the drilling.
