KOSUN Drilling Mud Linear Shale Shaker is designed with dual motors and high frequency. The angle of the screen box can be adjusted by adjusting the screw lifter, and the flow rate through the screen can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing to cope with changing drilling fluid conditions. The working principle of Drilling Mud Linear Shale Shaker, the drilling fluid from the wellhead or the mud supply pump is buffered by the mud logging tank, and then overflows into the shale shaker box. The drilling fluid contacts the screen mesh. Under the action of the shaker motor, the drilling fluid flows from the screen box. The rear end moves toward the front end. During the movement, the liquid phase in the drilling fluid falls through the openings on the screen and enters the collection tank below the vibrating screen, and the dehydrated drill cuttings continue to move forward until the screen is removed.
