The Slurry no-landing system realizes mud waste disposal at the drilling site, which has good adaptability to the site and can basically meet the requirements of actual drilling conditions. Dried drill cuttings can be used in well sites and roadbed paving, etc., thus realizing clean production.

 

 

The water-based mud non-landing system consists of 4 units, conveying system, drying system, gum-breaking system and filter-pressing system.

 

1、Conveyance system includes sealed screw conveyor to collect drill chips from mud shaker.

 

2、Drying system includes 1 drying sieve, 1 recovery tank and 1 belt conveyor.

 

3、Gum breaking system includes 2 sets of reserve tank, 1 set of centrifugal pump and 1 set of gum breaking tank.

 

4、Filtering system includes 1 plunger pump, 1 box type filter press and 1 belt conveyor.

 

The oil-based mud non-landing system consists of a screw conveyor, vertical drill chip dryer, decanter centrifuge, screw pump, etc. The oil-based drill chips separated from the oil mud solid control system are transported to the vertical drill chip dryer for processing through the screw conveyor, and the dried chips fall into the drill chip box for external transportation; the drilling fluid containing a small amount of solid phase is transported to the decanter centrifuge for further processing through the industrial pump or screw pump, and the decanter centrifuge After treatment, the mud is re-injected into the mud circulation system.

 

The mud does not land and requires less land use and less environmental pollution. The technology is to change the "end treatment" to "whole process control", the waste mud will be diluted - flocculation - separation into three parts: rock chips, mud cake and water, the solids in the mud through The solids in the mud are treated by water washing, flocculation and chemical reaction, so that the rock chips and mud cake can reach the discharge standard.
