The KD-500 mud water treatment system is designed to handle a large amount of mud used in the construction process of dual wheel milling.

The KD-500 mud water treatment system adopts a modular structure design. The system consists of a coarse vibrating screen module, a sand and mud removal module, a raw slurry tank group, and a slurry supply tank group. The coarse vibrating screen module is equipped with a coarse screen mesh for removing large particles, and the sand and mud removal module is equipped with two sand removal cyclones, eight mud removal cyclones, and a fine vibrating screen. The fine vibrating screen is designed with a double-layer screen mesh, which is the underflow screen of the sand removal and mud removal cyclones.

Mud circulation process:

Through the step-by-step treatment of the coarse vibrating screen, sand removal, mud removal cyclones, and fine vibrating screen, the mud can effectively separate the excavated materials such as sand and soil carried in the mud, so that the treated clean mud can be reused.
